The Istituto Delta is a spin-off company of the University of Ferrara, created by a group of researchers of the Biology Department. This department has given rise to a special technical and professional experience in which not only the acquisition of scientific knowledge and methodology has been gained, but also knowledge of the situations of production, fishing, aquaculture, agriculture and water quality, as well as conservation issues with their respective difficulties. The Istituto Delta offers top quality with all the characteristics of a private company, providing research and technological transfer services for the environment. European Community law and market demands are rapidly following the path of eco-compatible production.
